    Shipping & Delivery
    We currently send orders all over the world.  Orders made before noon on a working day (Mon-Fri) will normally be despatched on the same day. We will endeavour to despatch all orders as soon as they are made but carrier collection times may push afternoon orders to despatch on the following working day.

            Royal Mail - 1st Class Recorded Delivery
            Royal Mail Special Delivery or,

     Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery   The items are normally delivered within 1 - 3 working days following dispatch (a signature is required).
     
      Royal Mail Special Delivery   The items are insured and delivered the day after dispatch before 1pm ( a signature is required).
     
      Courier (DHL, Mainland UK)   The items are delivered the day following dispatch between 9am and 5:00pm (a signature is required).
     
    **Courier not currently available in Northern Ireland, Isle of Wight, other British Isles and Scottish Highlands. please choose Special Delivery    DHL considers some areas remote and does not offer this service there,  but does not provide a list of the 'remote' areas. Please be aware that if you are in such an area, we will change the shipping method where possible and inform you where not possible.
    Royal Mail Airsure (International)  

        Europe - Items are delivered within 3 - 5 working days after the order has been dispatched.
        Rest of the World - Items are delivered within 5 - 10 working days after the order has been dispatched.

      Royal Mail International Airmail  

        Europe - Items are normally delivered within 3 - 7 working days after the order has been dispatched. This service is not guaranteed or trackable. Please use Royal Mail Tracked or DPD-international courier for urgent orders.
        Rest of the World - Items are delivered within 5 - 10 working days after the order has been dispatched. This service is not guaranteed or trackable. Please use Royal Mail Tracked.

      Courier (DHL Economy)**   - France, Belgium, Germany, Netherlands - 2-3 Days
    - Other European countries 4-5 Days

The part of the website at which credit and debit card details are taken is held on a Secure Server. You can verify this by:-

- The address of this page begins with https://. This means that it is on a Secure Server and all transactions that take place are encrypted between your browser and the server. Nobody is able to obtain your credit or debit card details nor other information.

No personal or financial details are left unencrypted on a remote server, and such details are never sent by Internet e-mail

In the event of unauthorised use of your credit or debit card, you must notify your card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Any information you submit to us is controlled by the privacy policy in effect at the time you submit it. If we significantly change our policy, we will notify you of the policy changes.

We collect only essential customer contact information, such as e-mail addresses, mailing & shipping address payment information like card numbers is never recorded. Contact details are used to get in touch with you when necessary.

1StopHair will never intentionally disclose or pass on individually identifiable information about our customers to any third party without first receiving that customers permission. This policy applies specifically to your name, email address, phone number(s) and any other identifiable information.

We may use your contact information from order form and mailing list to send you information about our company and promotional material from our company. If you do not wish to receive promotional e-mails please indicate so within your order and we will respect your request.

Returns & Replacements
1StopHair is committed to delivering top quality products and providing a first class service to our customers.

In the event that the products is found defective or you feel unsatisfied with a product, you must notify us by e-mail immediately via Contact Us.
You can then either receive a full refund, exchange or credit excluding shipping and handling charges.

Please note: In the interest of hygiene and customer protection, we do not exchange or refund wigs, clip-on hair pieces or drawstring hair pieces.
Your statutory rights are not affected.

An administrative charge of 10% of the total transaction will be made on all refunds. This is to cover the costs of processing paymenst and refunds.

Please contact 1StopHair customer services prior to returning goods and obtain a Returns Authorisation Code (RAC) number. The RAC must accompany all returned goods with the original invoice.

When returning an item(s) your return must have a Returns Authorisation Code (RAC) which is assigned by customer service. It must be clearly marked on the outside of the package or it will NOT be accepted.


For customers' protection all exchanges/returns should be sent back by a form of recorded delivery, in the event that the parcel should go missing en-route to us.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions
Methods Of Payment   
We fulfill orders from anywhere in the world. All prices are in British Pounds Sterling but conversion rates of the day will apply to orders that are placed outside the U.K.

We accept all major Credit and Debit cards as well as PayPal.

Payment always has to be received in full before orders are dispatched.

Credit or Debit Cards
Credit or Debit card payments are processed by SecureTrading™ in a completely secure environment. We accept all major debit and credit cards including American Express.

We require both the billing and shipping address of the credit card holder. If the name on the card is different from the name of the person placing the order, we reserve the right to call the card holder for further authorisation.
