Please contact OneStopHair customer services prior to returning goods and obtain a Returns Authorisation Code (RAC) number. The RAC must accompany all returned goods with the original invoice.

When returning an item(s) your return must have a Returns Authorisation Code (RAC) which is assigned by customer service. It must be clearly marked on the outside of the package or it will NOT be accepted.
